Fundación Cepsa Chair at the University of Cadiz

Cepsa's relationship with the University of Cadiz dates back to 1976 with the founding of the Technical Industrial Engineering School of Algeciras, now known as the Higher Polytechnic School. In 2005, the Chair was established as a means of planning, coordinating and supervising all arrangements between the two institutions.

Now under Fundación Cepsa and its management model, the Chair strives to achieve excellence guided by the principle of continuous improvement in order to contribute to the development, training and employability in the university community. The Chair's work is specifically geared towards training and research in science and technology, as well as supporting the Dual Qualification specializing in oil refining and energy.

Francisco Trujillo, from Chemical Engineering, leads this Chair.
