Fundación Cepsa Chair with the Higher Technical School of Mining and Energy Engineering of the Polytechnic University of Madrid (UPM)

This Chair was established in 2009 with the aim of encouraging training and development of new know-how in fields linked to energy and the environment. The idea is to keep it constantly updated by adding new information on the sector's latest technological developments.

The Chair's work is geared towards students in the last two years of their degree, as well as recently qualified engineers and teachers wishing to build on and update their knowledge in their various fields of teaching and research.

The Chair coordinator is Ramón Rodríguez Pons-Esparver, a lecturer from the Geological and Mining Engineering Department of the UPM Higher Technical School of Mining and Energy Engineering. He is also the head of the Mixed Committee, comprising six members.
