The Fundación Cepsa will distribute up to €400,000 among the most prominent social projects presented before October 5
It is the thirteenth edition of the Social Value Awards
A total of €1.7 million has been given out through these Awards and contributed to the development of more than 230 projects in several countries
The Fundación Cepsa is launching the thirteenth edition of the Social Value Awards, in which it will distribute up to €400,000 among the best social projects presented in Campo de Gibraltar, the Canaries, Madrid, Huelva, Portugal, Colombia and Brazil.
The aim of the Awards is to recognize and promote social initiatives that foster the inclusion and well-being of disadvantaged groups or individuals, as well as to promote these values among Cepsa professionals, who will be sponsors of these projects, introducing the entities interested in participating in these Awards. The vulnerable groups covered in the last edition included people with diseases, the elderly, minors, disabled people, refugees, and more.
Initiatives may be presented from September 12 until October 5, 2017 by completing a registration form, available on the Fundación’s website.
The decision of the jury, composed of authorities and institutional representatives working in the field of social action as well as members of the Fundación Cepsa, will be announced at the end of November.
Social Value Awards
The Social Value Awards are the most powerful social action initiative of the Fundación Cepsa. Their aim is to recognize and promote social projects that foster the inclusion and well-being of collectives or people in a situation of social vulnerability in countries or regions where Cepsa has an important presence.
The Social Value Awards have handed out €1.7 million since their beginnings, and have contributed to the launches of 234 projects in Spain, Portugal, Colombia and Brazil. This initiative is developed with the collaboration of the Fundación Lealtad and the Fundación Adecco.
