Dependent on the Higher Technical School of Engineering I.C.A.I. and ICADE, it is made up of a group of professors and researchers of recognized experience whose objective is to analyze the role of hydrogen in the energy transition process, evaluate the necessary infrastructure and elaborate proposals for the development of business models and the necessary regulation.
Fundación Cepsa, as a sponsor of this Chair, will contribute to promoting research, together with the other members (Acerinox, Carburos Metálicos, Enagás, Management Solutions and Toyota).
CORE ACTIVITIES OF THE CHAIR
- Direction of doctoral theses that generate new knowledge on the hydrogen sector.
- Encourage the completion of end-of-degree/master's degree projects on subjects related to the Chair, which can be supervised by both University professors and professionals from Fundación Cepsa.
- Publication of scientific contributions in high impact journals.
- Organization of events, whether open to the public (conferences, seminars, round tables) or behind closed doors with a small group of experts (discussion forums, dialog groups).
